Reds set for international action
14 first team players on duty
Players to join squads from today
A number of Nottingham Forest stars have been called up to represent their respective nations over the international period.
14 first team players have will meet up with their varying squads today with a number of squads confirmed last week.
Following Friday's England team announcement, Forest's no. 10 Morgan Gibbs-White was added to Thomas Tuchel's first Three Lions squad on Sunday evening.
England travel to Albania on March 21 (kick-off 7.45pm GMT) and welcome Latvia to Wembley on March 24 (kick-off 7.45pm) in the first of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
Murillo is once again in line to make his Brazil debut after receiving a call-up for their World Cup qualifiers against Colombia and Argentina.
Canarinho welcome Colombia to Arena BRB Mané Garrincha on Friday March 21 (kick-off 12:45am GMT) before travelling to Argentina on Wednesday March 26 (kick-off 12am GMT).
Ramón Sosa’s Paraguay sit just below Brazil in the COMNEBOL World Cup qualifiers table, and the Forest winger has been named in their squad for their contests with Chile on March 20 (kick-off 11pm GMT) and Colombia on March 26 (kick-off 12am GMT).

Forest’s top scorer Chris Wood has answered the call from New Zealand for the upcoming international period.
The All Whites face Fiji on Friday March 21 (kick-off 6am GMT) in the OFC semi-finals.
Should New Zealand win that fixture, they will face either New Caledonia or Tahiti in the final on March 21 with the winner automatically qualifying for the 2026 World Cup finals.
Ola Aina, Willy Boly and Ibrahim Sangaré are also set for World Cup action after being named in the latest Nigeria and Ivory Coast squads respectively.
Aina’s Super Eagles travel to Rwanda on March 21 (kick-off 4pm GMT) before welcoming Zimbabwe on March 25 (kick-off 4pm GMT).
Côte d’Ivoire face Burundi on March 21 (kick-off 7pm GMT) and Gambia on March 24 (kick-off 7pm GMT) where both Sangaré and Boly could feature.

Rounding off the Reds in World Cup action is Neco Williams who has been named in the Wales squad for the Dragons’ encounters with Kazakhstan at the Cardiff City Stadium on March 22 (kick-off 7.45pm GMT) and North Macedonia on their travels on March 25 (kick-off 7.45pm).
Anthony Elanga’s Sweden are in UEFA Nations League action with games against Luxembourg on their travels and Northern Ireland on home turf to come and the Forest winger has been named in the latest squad.
Blågult visit Luxembourg on Saturday March 22 (kick-off 5pm GMT) before welcoming GAWA on March 25 (kick-off 6pm GMT).
Sweden sit top of League C Group 1 with a place in League B in their sights.
Goalkeeper Matz Sels has received a call-up to the Belgium national team for their Nations League double header against Ukraine.

The Red Devils are away to Ukraine on March 20 (kick-off 7.45pm GMT) before welcoming Yellow-Blue to the Cegeka Arena on March 23 (kick-off 7.45pm GMT).
In similar fashion Nikola Milenković faces back-to-back fixtures against Austria after being called up to play for Serbia.
On March 20 (kick-off 7.45pm GMT), the Eagles will travel to Vienna before returning the favour and hosting Austria on March 23 (kick-off 5pm GMT).
Down the age groups, Elliot Anderson has been named in the England Under-21s squad for the Young Lions’ away friendly against France on March 21 (kick-off 8pm GMT) and a home friendly against Portugal at The Hawthorns on March 24 (kick-off 7.45pm GMT).
England Under-19s have three fixtures upcoming in the international period in Group G of the EURO Under-19 Championship.
The Young Lions face Wales on March 19 (kick-off 7pm) at the Bangor City Stadium, before a double header at Deeside Stadium against Turkey (March 22, 11am GMT) and Portugal (March 25, 7pm GMT).
Finally, Eric da Silva Moreira will represent Germany Under-19s in their triple header of EURO Under-19 Championship qualifiers against Slovenia (March 19, 2pm GMT), Finland (March 22, 2pm GMT) and Ireland (March 25, 2pm GMT).
