The Seventeen Going Under hitmaker was in Berlin last night as Eddie Howe’s team defeated Liverpool and gained their first domestic trophy win in 70 years.
And Sam, who is currently on his People Watching tour across the globe, made some quick last-minute changes to his setlist to mark the occasion.
Sam and his band came running out wearing black and white to Local Hero before getting stuck straight into the set, which kicked off with Getting Started.
And when the singer got to Little Bit Closer, from his new album, he changed the lyrics in the bridge from “What is God? I never found it” to “What is God? His name is Dan Burn”.

Burn, from Blyth, headed home the Magpies’ opening goal from Kieran Trippier’s corner in the 45th minute of the clash on Sunday.
Alexander Isak then made it two - and despite a late goal from Liverpool, the Magpies were able to seal their victory and take home the Carabao Cup.

It’s not the only thing Burn is celebrating this week either, having received his first call-up to the England squad ahead of World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Latvia.
Meanwhile, Sam will now continue his tour across Europe, with dates in Amsterdam and Brussels in the coming days before heading to North America.
He’ll also return to St James’ Park for three nights in June.
