Rasmus Hojlund ended his 21-game goal drought in spectacular fashion, scoring the opener for Manchester United in their 3-0 win over Leicester City at King Power Stadium on Sunday.
The Danish striker’s 28th-minute goal was followed by efforts from Alejandro Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes, securing a dominant victory for United.
It was Rasmus Hojlund’s third Premier League goal of the 2024/25 campaign, with his previous strike coming against Nottingham Forest on December 7th.
After the match, Hojlund shared his emotions on social media, posting a photo of his celebration on Instagram with the caption: “Yeah okay, might say I enjoyed that one.”

The 22-year-old will look to continue his form during the international break, as Denmark prepares for a Nations League quarter-final clash with Portugal.
Despite a challenging season, Hojlund has been named in Brian Riemer’s squad for the upcoming fixtures.
United will return to action on April 1, with a tough away match against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League.
