report on access to justice and effective remedies in the context of toxics by the Special Rapporteur on Toxics and Human Rights.
In this document, Amnesty International provides information on four case studies for consideration, based on research into human rights abuses linked to the chemical industries in India, and the USA, oil pollution in the Niger Delta in Nigeria, and mining in the Philippines.
