The Miami Heat need all the help they can get right now but they could be without one of their most important players on Monday night.
Anthony Chiang reported that Andrew Wiggins did not take part in Monday morning’s shootaround in New York and only underwent treatment.
He has been grappling with a left leg injury and looks questionable for Miami’s game against the Knicks.

Wiggins has only been with the Heat for 11 games since being traded to the team in the Jimmy Butler deal.
During that time, he has averaged 18.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists on the court.
He is playing better than he was in Golden State and the Heat are in a tough position right now.
They are the ninth seed in the East and hold a 29-38 record, which means they would be fighting in the play-in tournament if it started today.
If Wiggins is out, hopefully it won’t be for long because the Heat have a lot of work to do in the final weeks of the regular season.
They would love to avoid the play-in tournament, but that seems unlikely at this point.
This season has been a difficult one for the Heat, mostly because of the drama surrounding Butler.
They are ready to move on and put that in the rearview mirror.
Wiggins is a big part of their plans but this injury is putting a slight speed bump in their path forward.
Following their game against the Knicks, the Heat will then take on the Detroit Pistons, Houston Rockets, and Charlotte Hornets this week.
Will Wiggins be able to play in any of those games?
