After reportedly trying to trade him, the Vikings announced on Monday afternoon that they have released veteran center Garrett Bradbury.
A source told the Pioneer Press the Vikings will release Bradbury with a post June 1 designation, which, in turn, will save them $5.25 million in cap space.
The overhauling of the offensive line started last week when the Vikings signed center Ryan Kelly and right guard Will Fries, then continued when they traded right guard Ed Ingram to the Houston Texans.
Now the Vikings are moving on from Bradbury, a longtime fixture up front, who has started 88 games since being selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
