The Phoenix Suns enter Monday's matchup against the Toronto Raptors desperately needing a victory.
Phoenix has lost six of their last 10 games, including a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night. They do still only sit one and a half games behind the Dallas Mavericks for the final Play-In spot in the Western Conference as Dallas has lost three consecutive games.
Despite this, the Suns will now face off against a red-hot Raptors team who is trying to make a late run for the final Play-In spot in the Eastern Conference.
Toronto has won six of their last 10 games and sit just four and a half games behind the Chicago Bulls for the final Play-In spot.
To make matters worse for Phoenix, they may once again be without their star guard Bradley Beal as he is listed as questionable for Monday's game.
Beal exited Sunday's loss to the Lakers due to left hamstring tightness and his status is in doubt for Monday's game against Toronto.
Of course, Beal has dealt with multiple lower body injuries this season and with Monday's game being the second game of a back-to-back, it is likely that he will be sidelined for it.
The good news for the Suns is that Grayson Allen has been upgraded to questionable due to a foot injury and he could return on Monday against Toronto, which would be huge if Beal is sidelined.
On the other side, the Raptors may also be without some of their key players as they have listed Immanuel Quickley and RJ Barrett as day-to-day.
Quickley sat out of Sunday's loss to the Portland Trail Blazers due to rest and Barrett missed the game due to an illness. Despite this, both are expected to suit up for Monday's matchup with Phoenix.
Toronto has also ruled out Brandon Ingram and Gradey Dick for Monday's game and Ja'Kobe Walter is listed as questionable with a hip injury that has caused him to miss five straight contests.
Fans can catch Monday's game between the Raptors and Suns at 10:00 p.m. EST.
