Ambassador of India presents credentials to President Sadyr Japarov

**AKIPRESS.COM** - President Sadyr Japarov received Ambassador of India Birender Singh Yadav on March 17, who presented his credentials.

They discussed deepening of cooperation in trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and military spheres, the president's press service reported. 

The President expressed confidence that Ambassador Birender Singh Yadav, as a professional diplomat with rich experience, will make substantial contribution to strengthening of friendship and partnership between Kyrgyzstan and India.

"Bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and India build upon deep cultural and historical ties. We value the achieved strategic partnership level established in 2019. Kyrgyzstan attaches great importance to Central Asia-India Dialogue and confirms its readiness to participate in high-level events," the President said.

Ambassador of India Birender Singh Yadav pledged to make all possible efforts for deepening of cooperation between two nations.

The Ambassador noted a significant potential for expansion of cooperation in different spheres, including trade, investment and education. In this context he underscored importance of expansion of bilateral trade and creation of favorable conditions for development of business contacts.

"I would like to congratulate you on signing of the state border treaty between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. This treaty will allow to strengthen friendship and unity not only between two countries, but will make a significant contribution to strengthening of peace and stability in the entire Central Asian region," Ambassador Birender Singh Yadav.
