Brentford are bracing to recieve offers for Yoane Wissa in the summer transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.
Wissa, 28, is out of contract in June 2026 – and the Bees have the option to extend his deal a further 12 months.
However, it is believed Brentford would have to smash their wage structure in order to agree new terms with the DR Congo international.
He has attracted interest from Premier League clubs and Nottingham Forest saw an audacious bid rejected in the January transfer window.
Brentford will sell Wissa if suitable offer arrives
Sources say Brentford will sell Wissa and reinvest the proceeds if a suitable offer arrives for the forward this summer.
The France-born star, who turns 29 later this year, has hit 15 goals and notched two assists in 30 appearances this term.
