A look at all of the Arsenal players in international action during the March international period.

Arsenal are now entering the international break, and the last of the club season, with as many as 14 players jetting off to represent their respective nations, with 13 of those players playing international football at senior level.

For many Arsenal players, the break will offer time for rest and recovery, but for 14 of them, the busy schedule rumbles on. Here we run you through all of those on international duty.

England

We start at home with the England internationals, and of course, there will be no Bukayo Saka, who remains sidelined with a hamstring injury although close to returning.

Declan Rice does make the squad as usual, though, and there is a first senior cap in the offing for Myles Lewis-Skelly, who gets a first senior call-up. The two seniors will take on Albania on March 21 and Latvia three days later, both in the World Cup qualifiers. Elsewhere, Ethan Nwaneri will link up with the under-21s to take on France and then Portugal across the same dates.

France

William Saliba is Arsenal’s France international, and he has received a call-up, as expected, for a double-header with Croatia across March 20 and 23 in the Nations League quarter-finals. France won’t compete in the World Cup qualifiers until a later date.

Spain and Netherlands

A double call-up for the Spanish duo, who were both part of the Euro 2024-winning squad last summer. David Raya and Mikel Merino will both link up with La Roja as they take part in the Nations League quarter-finals, taking on Netherlands across two legs on March 20 and March 23. Jurrien Timber will represent Netherlands and go up against his club teammates.

Ghana

Thomas Partey will link up with Ghana as they continue their World Cup qualification campaign. They face Chad on March 21 and Madagascar on March 24.

Brazil

Gabriel Magalhaes will jet off with Brazil as they continue their World Cup qualification campaign. The Brazilians face Colombia on March 21 and Argentina on March 26, with their games more spread out than most. Those are both huge games in Brazil’s qualification campaign.

Belgium and Ukraine

Leandro Trossard will link up with Belgium as they face Ukraine in the Nations League Group B promotion play-offs across March 20 and 23. He will go up against Oleksandr Zinchenko, who has been called up by Ukraine despite his lack of action of late.

Italy

Riccardo Calafiori has established himself as an Italy regular at this stage, and he will take on Germany in a Nations League quarter-finals double-header across March 20 and 23.

Scotland

Kieran Tierney is getting closer to a full-time return to Scotland, but in the meantime, he will be pleased to return to his international side after suffering his long-term hamstring injury last summer. He will represent the Scots against Greece across March 20 and 23 in the Nations League playoffs.

Poland

Last but not least, Jakub Kiwior is in World Cup qualifiers action as Poland take on Lithuania and Malta across March 21 and 24.
