Owen, 18, has made eight competitive appearances for the Canaries’ Under-18’s so far this season. He operates as a left-back and is also a Wales youth international.
As per the Daily Cannon, he was left on the bench by Arsenal against the Foxes. The London outfit also took a look at Brighton and Hove Albion’s Ronnie Gorman.
Norwich City were in action against Bristol City last Friday but lost 2-1 at Ashton Gate. The Canaries are now winless in their last four matches and have slipped down to 13th place in the table.

The teenager has risen up through the academy ranks at Norwich City.
He has been a regular for the Canaries at various different youth levels to date and is still waiting on his first-team debut for the Championship club.
Owen will be hoping to break into their senior team down the line if he were to stay at Carrow Road beyond this campaign.

He was handed his first professional deal by the East Anglian outfit last year which shows he is highly-rated by them.
At the time, he told their website: “I feel privileged. I feel grateful for the opportunity that Norwich City has provided for me. It’s a special feeling [to play for Norwich], it’s always a privilege to play for a club like this and I’m so grateful and happy to be here.
“I’m a left-sided full-back, and I like to attack a lot, as well as defending. I think my pace and my crossing are my main attributes and I help the team with that. In the Norwich squad, I like the way Dimitris Giannoulis plays. I love the way he carries the ball, the way he defends and attacks, it’s what I inspire to be.”
Time will tell to see if Arsenal try and snap up Owen from Norwich City.

In the meantime, the Canaries will want to find some form again after the international break.
