Loyal young Arsenal fan refuses to eat friends Chelsea-themed birthday cake

In a hilarious turn of events, a young Arsenal supporter staunchly refused to eat a Chelsea-themed cake at his mate's birthday bash. Roman Zegay, aged six, attended the party at a Brixton branch of McDonald's but was less than impressed by the birthday boy's cake dedicated to his favourite team, Chelsea.

Roman's dedication to the Gunners was so strong that he wouldn't even pose for a photo with the cake, despite his mum Devora Zegay, 29, encouraging him to join in for a snap with his friends.

A video captured the moment Roman asked his mum to delete the photo after he reluctantly agreed to be in it. Taking his loyalty up a notch, Roman also declined a slice of the cake.

Roman eventually agreed to be in the photo

Devora, from London, shared: "The birthday boy is a Chelsea supporter while my son is an Arsenal supporter. I asked him to take a picture with the birthday boy but he refused because of the Chelsea cake and didn't want to be seen in a picture with it."

She added: "He also then refused to eat the cake as he didn't want to be 'disrespectful' to Arsenal." After some persuasion, Roman did agree to be in the picture, although he was far from thrilled about it.
