Liverpool could be in for a busy summer with the futures of their top stars still undecided.
The contract situations of Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold all still remain unsolved despite there only being a few months left on their deals.
With this in mind, it seems like FSG are now planning for life without the ‘big three’.
Despite fans calling for a new Alexander-Arnold contract, the Reds hierarchy are now drafting a list of possible replacements for the right-back, with Bayer Leverkusen’s Jeremie Frimpong high on Liverpool’s radar reportedly.
Those rumours however have since picked up pace after Frimpong was filmed making a Liverpool-related joke with Cody Gakpo whilst on international duty.

Jeremie Frimpong jokes with Cody Gakpo amid Liverpool interest
Alexander-Arnold’s Carabao Cup final absence impacted Liverpool massively against Newcastle – something which could force the Reds into action this summer.
Frimpong has been touted for £33m and would be an ideal candidate to replace Alexander-Arnold on the right flank.
With that being said, it seems like Frimpong is already practicing his scouse accent ahead of any potential move.

While on international duty, Frimpong was captured by the Netherlands media team jokingly saying, “You’re alright, lad?” in a scouse accent – when greeting Gakpo to the Dutch camp.
Frimpong could be smart pickup for Liverpool this summer
With Frimpong’s Scouse joke adding fuel to the rumours, Liverpool would be wise to seriously consider the 24-year-old’s services this summer.
The Dutchman has been one of Europe’s best right-backs since his move to Leverkusen, thriving under the tutelage of ex-Reds star Xabi Alonso.
Quick, solid and bright going forward – Frimpong would be one the best options on the table if Alexander-Arnold were to leave Anfield.
