Everton are now looking home and dry in the Premier League as now could be a time for David Moyes to experiment.
It seems like the Toffees don’t have anything to play for now in this season even though Everton have an unlikely chance of European football.
Weirder things have happened as it would be an extraordinary circumstance if Everton were somehow playing on the European stage this season.
However, with it looking unlikely, Moyes can certainly rejig his squad, giving more players opportunities.
Someone who will no doubt get a chance next season is Harrison Armstrong who is impressing at Derby County, but another young players backs himself to shine after injury.

Youssef Chermiti says he’s feeling ‘strong’ after Everton return
It’s been a frustrating time for Youssef Chermiti who has struggled with his fitness.
The Portuguese striker hasn’t exactly set the world alight since his £10.5m move from Sporting in the summer of 2023 having yet to score a goal for the club.
The 20-year-old hasn’t had the Moyes effect yet though, which has worked wonders for the likes of Beto and Jake O’Brien, so Chermiti could be next in line.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
He briefly appeared against West Ham, as Everton fans liked the look of Chermiti who could have an extraordinary turnaround.
Speaking to Everton’s media, the striker is keen to remain a consistent placeholder in Moyes’ side and is ready for the challenge.
“I feel strong. I’ve been out for a long time, so I’ve been working on my body and I want to thank Carl [Howarth] (Men’s Senior Team Physiotherapist) and everyone from the medical team who has helped me during my time out,” Chermiti said.
“Now I’m at this point, I just want to keep getting involved – keep getting minutes in the bank and try to score my first goal… hopefully at Goodison Park! That’s my goal.
“I feel the love from the supporters. Every time I play here, I feel that energy and that love from the fans. It’s a great feeling.”

Moyes should experiment with Chermiti and Beto at Everton
As Moyes’ job for this season looks complete, now would be the perfect time for Chermiti to get game time.
The Scotsman is eager to get the youngster involved, as Chermiti being on with Beto off on Saturday, resulted in Everton getting the equaliser through O’Brien.
This says a lot to Moyes, as despite Beto’s stellar form in the previous month, Everton fans want Chermiti over Beto.
Of course, this doesn’t mean the end for Beto in the starting lineup, but due to his form collapsing again, it might do him the world of good to have rest and break up his playing time, giving Chermiti the perfect chance.
