13 Arsenal players have been called up for the March international break, they will return before the Gunners’ next game against Fulham in April.
Arsenal went into the international break on a high, as they beat rivals Chelsea 1-0 on Sunday at the Emirates thanks to a goal from Mikel Merino.
Mikel Arteta‘s side are second in the Premier League heading into the March break, 12 points away from league leaders Liverpool.
They remain in the Champions League too, as they set up a tough quarter-final tie against Real Madrid, after beating PSV 9-3 on aggregate in the round of 16.

Declan Rice and Myles Lewis-Skelly – England
Rice and Lewis-Skelly have been called up for Thomas Tuchel’s first squad. It is the first time that Lewis-Skelly has appeared for any England team as he didn’t play any games for the youth teams.
They will play against Albania on March 21, and Latvia on March 24 in England’s first World Cup qualifiers for 2026.
William Saliba – France
Saliba will be yet again joining up with the French team after establishing himself as one of the best defenders in the Premier League.
He faces two games against Croatia in the Nations League Quarter-finals on 20 March and 23 March.
David Raya and Mikel Merino – Spain
Raya and Merino have featured heavily for Arteta this season, and now they will head off to try and keep the Euro 2024 champions in the Nations League.
They face two quarter-final matches against 2010 World Cup final opponents the Netherlands on 20 March and 23 March.
Thomas Partey – Ghana
Partey is one of the first names on the Ghana team sheet and has been for many years now. He is due to leave Arsenal at the end of the season as his contract expires.
The midfielder will face two games in World Cup qualification, against Chad on 21 March, and against Madagascar on 24 March.
Gabriel – Brazil
Saliba’s centre-back partner Gabriel faces World Cup qualifiers for one of the favourites in Brazil. He has been called up after a superb season so far for Arsenal.
Brazil play against Colombia on 21 March, before playing against rivals Argentina on 26 March in a mouth-watering tie.
Leandro Trossard – Belgium
Winger Trossard will be joining up with Belgium once again to face a Nations League quarter-final, where he could come up against a familiar face.
They play two games against Oleksandr Zinchenko‘s Ukraine on 20 March and 23 March.
Oleksandr Zinchenko – Ukraine
As mentioned, the Ukrainian international will play against teammate Trossard, and they could match up on the same side of the pitch which would make for an interesting battle.
Jurrien Timber – Netherlands
Whilst Zinchenko is facing a teammate, Timber will play against two, as the Netherlands have a Nations League tie with Raya and Merino’s Spain.
Riccardo Calafiori – Italy
Calafiori rose to prominence partly due to his impressive performances for Italy, they partly earnt him a big summer move to Arsenal.
He will face games against Germany in the Nations League quarter-finals on 20 March and 23 March as they try and book a place in the semi-finals.
Kieran Tierney – Scotland
Tierney will return to the Scottish national team after he saw his major injury with the side during the Euros in the summer.
They face two games against Greece in the Nations League on 20 March and 23 March as they try and avoid relegation to the second division of the competition.
Jakub Kiwior – Poland
Finally, defender Kiwior has been called-up to the Poland squad again for two World Cup qualifiers against Lithuania and Malta.
They play Lithuania on 21 March, before playing against Malta on 24 March.
