John McGinn said Celtic have signed one of the best players in BRITAIN by securing Kieran Tierney's return to the club – after revealing the homecoming hero was subject to a killer windup in one of his first training sessions back.
Tierney has signed a pre-contract agreement at Parkhead and will head back north after his contract at Arsenal expires in the summer.

In the meantime though it's all about Scotland for Tierney, McGinn and co as they look to save their Nations League A status against Greece this week.
Tierney has been missing through injury and hasn't played for his country since Euro 2024, but he's set to feature in the double-header this week with Aston Villa skipper and Scotland vice captain McGinn pleased to see him back in the picture.
In typical McGinn style though, it wasn't an entirely earnest welcome back.
Because he was subject to a windup after taking on an unusual new position in recent weeks for Arsenal.
Speaking ahead of the first leg against Greece in Athens, McGinn said: “It is good to have him back! We were winding him up about playing left wing last week in the Champions League. It's brilliant to have him back.
"A fit and firing Kieran Tierney is one of the best players, not only in Scotland, but in Britain, so we are grateful to have him back.

“He is a big character about the boys and, thankfully, I can still play my music and leave KT to it.
“He never seems to get a bit of luck. It’s always something serious when he gets injured.
“His injury was a freak hamstring injury when he was keeping up with one of the fastest players in the tournament (at Euro 2024). It was a massive loss for us, at the time.
“But, for him to do it for so long was probably difficult for him to deal with, but now he is back, getting a bit more minutes for Arsenal and we will see what he will do in the summer.”
