**NEW YORK GIANTS SIGN VICTOR DIMUKEJE…**
The New York Giants have signed unrestricted free agent OLB **Victor Dimukeje** (Arizona Cardinals).
The 25-year old, 6’2”, 262-pound Dimukeje was drafted in the 6th round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Cardinals. In four seasons with Arizona, Dimukeje has played in 55 regular-season games with eight starts, accruing 67 tackles, seven tackles for losses, four sacks, 16 quarterback hits, one pass defense, and two forced fumbles. He also has been a core member of the special teams.
Dimukeje’s best season was in 2023 when he started six games and compiled 32 tackles, five tackles for losses, and four sacks.
**AZEEZ OJULARI SIGNS WITH EAGLES…**
The Philadelphia Eagles have signed New York Giants unrestricted free agent OLB **Azeez Ojulari** to a reported 1-year, $4 million contract. Ojulari is the the third New York Giant to sign with the Eagles this offseason, joining CB **Adoree’ Jackson** and OLB **Patrick Johnson**.
After a promising rookie season in 2021, Ojulari’s stock has plummeted. The Giants drafted Ojulari in the 2nd round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He played in all 17 games with 13 starts as a rookie, finishing with 48 tackles, eight tackles for losses, eight sacks, 13 quarterback hits, two pass defenses, and one forced fumble. However, Ojulari’s three ensuing seasons have been an injury-plagued mess. He missed 10 games in 2022, six games in 2023, and six games in 2024 with multiple lower body injuries (hamstring, calf, ankle, and toe). Each of the last three seasons he has been placed on Injured Reserve. Ojulari finished 2024 playing in 11 games with five starts, being credited with 28 tackles, seven tackles for losses, six sacks, 10 quarterback hits, and one fumble recovery. When Ojulari plays, he can be disruptive and get after the passer (22 career sacks). But he simply can’t stay on the field. He also is not the most physical or stout run defender.
