The Buffalo Bills stayed in house to find their new head strength and conditioning coach.
The team announced Tuesday that Will Greenberg has been named the head strength and conditioning coach, replacing Eric Ciano, who left this offseason and was hired in the same job with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Additionally, the team named Barry Rubin a senior strength and conditioning assistant. Those moves were announced as part of the team's finalized 2025 coaching staff under Sean McDermott, who is going into his ninth season as head coach.
