On Monday night, the Golden State Warriors' seven-game win streak came to an end with a home-game loss to the Denver Nuggets.

Despite the injury absence of MVP candidate Nikola Jokic, the Nuggets took down the Warriors with a 114-105 final score at the Chase Center.

While he was unable to will his team to victory, Draymond Green notched a historic career accomplishment in this loss to the visiting Nuggets.

Green recorded 10 points, five assists and six rebounds in the loss. With his six rebounds, the three-time All-Star became the sixth player in Warriors franchise history to record at least 6,000 NBA rebounds - joining Nate Thurmond (12,771), Wilt Chamberlain (10,768), Larry Smith (6,440), Clyde Lee (6,416) and Paul Arizin (6,129).

Green's wife, Hazel Renee, reacted to his accomplishment with a strong message on social media.

"I really be in AWE with my 'ol man... folks can say what they want but HE REALLY BE DOING THE DAMN THING," Renee wrote in an Instagram post.
