While all eyes are on the injury status of Duke star freshman Cooper Flagg, the potential No. 1 NBA draft pick earned more accolades on Tuesday.
Flagg was named to the AP ALl-American team alongside Auburn's Johni Broome, Purdue's Braden Smith, Alabama's Mark Sears and Florida's Walter Clayton Jr.
Flagg is the lone freshman on the list, and it's not surprising to see arguably the best player in college basketball make the cut.
Flagg is ramping up in hopes of playing in Duke's 2025 NCAA Tournament opener on Friday against the winner of American and Mount St. Mary's
After the news of Flagg's All-American spot came out, his high school team began to trend.
Flagg played at Montverde Academy in Florida.
As it turns out, the entire Montverde lineup from last season is set to play in the NCAA Tournament.
