GREEN BAY, Wis. (WSAW) - In another free agency move, the Green Bay Packers are adding a former All-Pro and Super Bowl champion to the wide receiver room.
Former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman is signing a one-year deal with the Packers, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

The 27-year-old receiver and kick-return specialist has long been known for his speed. He was drafted by the Chiefs and played for them for most of his career. He played for the New York Jets during part of the 2023 season before being traded back to the Chiefs.
He caught just 12 passes for 90 yards in 12 games last season. His last game of the season came on Nov. 29 before he was placed on injured reserve with a knee issue.
Hardman also had five carries for 62 yards and a touchdown last season. On special teams, he returned 20 punts and five kickoffs.
Hardman has 178 career catches for 2,302 yards and 16 touchdowns.
