The adorable moment young Newcastle United supporter takes first steps as Toon Army celebrate…

Hollie Graham takes her first steps

This is the moment a young Newcastle United supporter celebrated the Magpie's Carabao Cup victory with her first steps.

To the sound of an elated Toon Army on TV in the background, 15-month-old Hollie Graham toddled over to her older sisters, Willow, six, and India, four, to give them a hug following the team's historic win.

Hollie's own milestone was captured on camera as parents, Amneet and Dan, filmed her bopping along to the party atmosphere at Wembley stadium.

Amneet, 33, said: "I was only taking the video because she was doing that dance at the start and I thought she looked really cute. But then she decided to walk.

"Dan was over the moon. His team had just won the cup for the first time in 70 years and then Hollie took her first steps, it was perfect timing."

Asked whether Newcastle's performance could have influenced Hollie, Amneet added: "She was very excited like the rest of us. She was cheering, clapping and screaming, so you never know [seeing Newcastle win] might have boosted her confidence."

Hollie was then filmed receiving her own medal for taking her first steps while Newcastle celebrated with their own medals around their necks. Placing the medal on Hollie, Dan can be heard saying: "Walking on Newcastle day" before the family begin to clap and cheer.

The family, originally from Forest Hall, moved to Kent in 2021. And while Hollie was the only child to be born outside of the North East, she has always held a strong connection with Newcastle United.

Amneet added: "She was born at half time during the Fulham match in December 2023. She's the only child that wasn't born in Newcastle but she's got the biggest connection to the team."
