Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund ended his goal drought on Sunday night and is now off on international duty with Denmark.
Sunday brought another positive night for Manchester United.
Ruben Amorim saw United beat Real Sociedad 4-1 in the Europa League on Thursday night, advancing to the quarter-finals.
United then eased past Leicester City on Sunday, securing a 3-0 win over Ruud van Nistelrooy’s Foxes.
The last few days have been positive for United but Amorim’s players now head off on international duty.
That could break United’s momentum but Amorim will be hoping to see Rasmus Hojlund take confidence into his time with Denmark.

Rasmus Hojlund on Cristiano Ronaldo
Hojlund had gone 21 games without a goal in all competitions before finally finding the net against Leicester.
The Dane drove towards goal before slotting home on his right foot to score for the first time since December.
More United News
Hojlund celebrated his goal on social media and is now looking to keep the momentum going on international duty.
Denmark take on Portugal in the UEFA Nations League quarter-finals this week with the two sides meeting on Thursday and Sunday.
Hojlund would no doubt love to find the net again and fire Denmark through at the expense of United legend Cristiano Ronaldo.
The United striker has now told DR in Denmark that Ronaldo is simply ‘everything’ to him.
Hojlund admitted that it was Ronaldo who made him fall in love with football and become a United fan.
Ronaldo’s athleticism sparked changes from Hojlund, who simply wanted to be Ronaldo – and he will now face him this week.
“Now I’m not going to exaggerate, but Cristiano is everything to me,” said Hojlund, who didn’t hold back with his love for the Portugal star.
“I fell in love with football because of Cristiano, I became a Manchester United fan because of Cristiano, I started self-training because of Cristiano, I started doing push-ups and sit-ups every day before I went to bed, because of Cristiano, because I wanted to be Cristiano,” he added.
Rasmus Hojlund on his United form
Hojlund would no doubt love to score against Ronaldo and take Denmark forward in the UEFA Nations League.
The United hitman also commented on his form, admitting that things have been a ‘whirlwind’ for him lately.
Hojlund feels that he has ‘calmed down’ recently though and feels that he has worked ‘incredibly hard’ to get back in the goals.
A goal against Leicester and an assist against Real Sociedad suggest that Hojlund’s work is paying off, but he will certainly want more.
“After a period where it has been a bit of a whirlwind, I have calmed down again and focused on the things I can do, and I have kept my nose in the groove and worked incredibly hard, which has also borne some fruit on the goal and assist front in the past week,” said Hojlund.
Amorim will be cheering on Portugal but may just hope that Hojlund bags a goal or two in this international break before returning to United.
