Iranian People Mark Charshanbe Suri with Anti-Regime Activities
Fearing protests during the Fire Festival (Charshanbe Suri), celebrated on the last Tuesday of the Persian calendar year, Iran’s regime engaged in extensive security measures across the country. At the same time, the regime is engaging in different propaganda campaigns to dissuade the people from holding ceremonies on this occasion.
But despite these measures, Iran’s people marked the event by celebrating this national festival and carrying out anti-regime activities to show their defiance against the tyranny that has been ruling over Iran.

A reporter for Simaye Azadi, the Iranian Resistance television network, who recorded the scenes said, “We are resisting Khamenei and his corrupt regime. Is a Political Earthquake on Iran’s Horizon? Political and societal changes in Iran are unfolding at an unprecedented pace. Signs of this crisis are evident in various events, including a recent gathering of women dressed in burial shrouds in front of the Iranian Parliament. Without legal authorization, they blocked roads to demand the enforcement of the mandatory hijab law. In response, some factions within the regime dismissed these protests as suspicious, claiming that participants were paid to take part.
Mahmoud Nabavian, a senior member of the hardline Paydari Front, described these demonstrations as part of an “enemy plot” to incite unrest in the country.

Iran Caught in a Survival Dilemma: Ideological Resistance or Political Realism?
Tensions over Iran’s nuclear program have reached a critical point, with the likelihood of a military strike on its nuclear facilities increasing by the day. What was once merely a warning from Israel has now gained the backing of U.S. President Donald Trump. In a letter to Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, Trump warned that if Tehran does not halt its nuclear activities, Washington is prepared to take military action.
The latest reports from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) indicate that Iran has increased its uranium enrichment to levels approaching weapons-grade and has restricted international inspections. This development has heightened global concerns about Iran’s nuclear ambitions and significantly raised the possibility of military intervention.

Masoud Pezeshkian’s Remarks: A Reflection of Iran Regime’s Internal Crisis
Masoud Pezeshkian, the president of Iran’s regime, recently delivered remarks that, on the surface, seem to advocate for dialogue and unity. However, rather than demonstrating strength or cohesion, his statements expose the regime’s deep internal fractures and growing instability. Instead of fostering engagement, Pezeshkian’s words reveal the disintegration of a dictatorship in its final phase—a stage where regimes collapse under mounting pressure from both within and without. His comments, aired on the state-run Khabar TV channel on March 17, 2025, provide a glimpse into the growing fractures within the regime.
In his speech, Pezeshkian decried the absence of a culture of genuine dialogue, the prevalence of irrational criticism, and the tendency to engage in disputes rather than constructive discussion. He stated, “We have not learned to sit down and listen to each other… This is how we criticize each other, and we curse each other.” Though seemingly directed at the entire system, these words reflect the regime’s internal turmoil. In authoritarian states—especially those nearing collapse—ideological cohesion erodes, and internal divisions become irreparable.

Iran’s Workers Face 2025 Minimum Wage at Just One-Third of the Poverty Line!
Workers from Mina Glass Factory, affiliated with the regime-controlled Mostazafan Foundation, protest in Qazvin, central Iran, March 15, 2025
On March 16, 2025, Ahmad Meydari, Iran’s Minister of Cooperatives, Labor, and Social Welfare, announced the minimum wage for workers in 2025 at 10,399,000 tomans. This figure stands in stark contrast to the cost of living, as sources report that the minimum monthly expenses for a three-person household exceed 35 million tomans. This significant gap between wages and living costs has placed immense pressure on workers, severely limiting their ability to meet even their basic needs.
Not only does this wage fail to cover essential living expenses, but it is also vastly lower than executives’ exorbitant salaries in major corporations. For example, the human resources director of a petrochemical company earns 247 million tomans per month—nearly 24 times the minimum wage for workers. Such stark income disparities reflect the deep economic inequalities and existing policies that overwhelmingly favor the wealthy and corporate elites.
