The 40th Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2025) will take place from Thursday to Saturday at COEX, Seoul, featuring more than 1,450 exhibitors presenting over 37,000 medical device innovations.

Hosted by the Korea Medical Devices Industrial Cooperation Association (KMDICA), Korea Medical Industry Association (KMDIA), and Korea E&EX, KIMES 2025 will display a wide array of medical devices, hospital equipment, healthcare solutions, and digital health technologies.
This year’s exhibition will bring together leading global and Korean companies specializing in diagnostic imaging, medical AI, and healthcare solutions. Participants include Samsung Electronics and Medison, DK Medical Solutions, Listem, LG Electronics, Alpinion Medical Systems, DRGEM, DRTECH, Genoray, SG Healthcare, along with international giants such as GE HealthCare, Philips, and Olympus.
Additionally, key players in medical technology and healthcare solutions such as InBody, Selvas Healthcare, Bit Computer, Ubicare, Aegis Healthcare, T&H, Hanshin Medical, Huons Meditech, Daesung Maref, Stratec, Classys, and Hironic will also set up booths to showcase their latest innovations.
One of the key highlights of this year’s event is the “2025 Global Medical Equipment Export Conference” (GMEP), co-hosted with KOTRA. This event will facilitate B2B matchmaking between 300 Korean companies and 140 international buyers, fostering export opportunities through one-on-one meetings and contract signings.
Also, the “INSPIRE Digital Health by KIMES” special exhibition will spotlight healthcare startups and medical ventures leading the future of digital health.
Aside from medical devices, the exhibition will feature “BEAUTY & DERMA Seoul” in Hall E of COEX, showcasing Korea’s thriving K-beauty industry. This section will highlight a range of products, from personal homecare devices to professional medical-grade equipment used in hospitals, reflecting the global competitiveness of Korean beauty technology.
Innovative technologies from leading exhibitors
As the medical industry continues to evolve with the integration of AI and digital technologies, leading global and Korean companies are set to introduce groundbreaking innovations at KIMES 2025. From advanced diagnostic imaging solutions to AI-driven healthcare platforms, exhibitors are showcasing cutting-edge developments aimed at enhancing clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
GE HealthCare Korea will present its latest AI-driven ultrasound and diagnostic imaging solutions, including LOGIQ Totus, featuring advanced liver disease analysis, and Vscan Air, a portable wireless ultrasound. The company will also showcase Vivid Ultra Edition, an AI-powered cardiac ultrasound system, and the CARESCAPE Canvas patient monitoring solution.
Philips Korea will also introduce its latest ultrasound innovations, including the upgraded Affiniti VM 11.0, equipped with AI-based cardiac function assessments, and the EPIQ Elite VM 12.0, featuring Auto ElastQ technology for automated liver fibrosis evaluation. The company will also display its compact ultrasound Compact 5500 and app-based mobile ultrasound Lumify.
Continuing the trend of AI integration in medical imaging, Samsung Medison will highlight its specialty-focused ultrasound lineup, featuring the HERA Z20 for obstetrics and gynecology and the compact miniER7 prostate probe for urology. In digital X-ray, the company will showcase the GF85 fixed system and Long Length Detector (LLD), designed to capture extensive anatomical images in a single scan.
DK Medical Solutions will unveil its AI-powered X-ray system, INNOVISION ProX, which integrates predictive diagnostics to detect early signs of disease through a single chest X-ray. The company will also introduce DK Medical Agent (DMA), a digital collaboration platform developed in partnership with Google to streamline data sharing and AI-assisted medical record automation.
Expanding into digital health solutions, VUNO will officially launch HATIV K30, a kiosk-type ECG device that allows users to conduct a six-lead ECG scan in 30 seconds. Designed for hospitals, check-up centers, and public institutions, this system provides instant arrhythmia analysis and generates printed reports on-site.
Also, AITRICS will debut VDOC, an AI-powered medical interview solution that automates symptom-based questionnaires and real-time consultation transcription. The system is designed to improve diagnostic efficiency and enhance post-consultation care through personalized health reports.
Meanwhile, InBody will introduce a nutrition assessment solution based on the GLIM criteria for malnutrition screening. The company will also present its upgraded InBody S-Series body composition analyzers, featuring improved multi-frequency impedance measurement for enhanced accuracy, along with its LookinBody healthcare data management system.
