Oppo's next and upcoming flagship, the Find X8s, has been sighted. The company claims these bezels are thinner than those of the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The teaser, shared by the Oppo Find series Product Manager on Weibo, confirms the device's name.

The Find X8s will have bezels of "1.xx mm" thick, with some rumors saying that it has a possible thickness of 1.38mm, as reported by Phone Arena. In comparison, the iPhone 16 Pro Max has bezels measuring approximately 1.15mm, which are already thinner than the iPhone 15 Pro Max's 1.55mm bezels. And if the 1.38mm rumor is right, then that's that; the claim to have bezels thinner than the iPhone 16 Pro Max is straight away wrong.

Oppo's new flagship is said to have a 6.31-inch display. The screen will likely be a 1.5K OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The Find X8s may be powered by either the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 or the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It's rumored to have a 5,700mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities. The device is also said to have a triple-camera system and a new customizable button replacing the alert slider.

We don't know yet if Oppo Find X8s will be sold outside of China. Oppo has a selective strategy for international releases, and some of its high-end devices remain exclusive to the Chinese market.
