“We’ve had offers from Wolves, West Ham” – Top agent talks up transfer for exciting 23-year-old

Corinthians striker Yuri Alberto has already had offers from Wolverhampton Wanderers and West Ham United.

That’s according to his agent, André Cury, who has been talking up a transfer for the 23-year-old to [Ge Globo.](https://ge.globo.com/futebol/times/corinthians/noticia/2025/03/19/empresario-admite-propostas-e-revela-que-corinthians-recusou-r-186-milhoes-por-yuri-alberto.ghtml)

Alberto is one of the rising stars in Brazilian football after impressing since moving back to Brazil from Zenit St Petersburg in January 2022.

He’s managed 64 goals and 18 assists in 165 games for the club since then, numbers which have seen him linked with a big money move away from Corinthians.

West Ham were consistently linked before the January transfer window, with numerous reports in Brazil and pundits insisting that a deal was done. He did not end up heading to the London Stadium at that point, though.

Wolves have also been credited with an interest, having signed several players from Brazil in recent years such as Andre, Pedro Lima and João Gomes.

He may be a name to keep an eye on in the summer transfer window as clubs look for a striker, an issue that West Ham are yet to solve despite signing Evan Ferguson on loan in January.

And Cury insists they’ve received offers from the Hammers and Wolves already as they consider his future.

_“Our job is to take the proposal to the club,”_ he said.

_“We have already had offers from Wolverhampton, West Ham, from Betis, from Spain, from Italy._

_“But the player is young, every player who is in South America thinks of playing in Europe and with Yuri is no different. If there is a good opportunity that is good for him and for the club, we will talk.”_
