Manchester United’s senior loanees are enjoying life at their new clubs this season, with Tyrell Malacia no different.
It was surprising in January to see Manchester United send out a handful of first-team players on loan.
Ultimately, it was three players with no place in Ruben Amorim’s side, with Tyrell Malacia being sent to PSV after Patrick Dorgu was signed.
Marcus Rashford was another to head out on a loan move to Aston Villa, where Rashford has been impressive leading to an England return. Rashford’s loan to Villa included a £40m buy-option which they will surely look to exercise.
Stealing the headlines every week has been Antony who has been elite for Real Betis. Due to this and comments from the player, Antony’s future at United looks bleak, with his agent shooting shots at Amorim.
Malacia also looks increasingly unlikely to return from his loan.

Jan Boskamp tells PSV to buy Tyrell Malacia
PSV have an £8m option to buy Malacia this summer if they so choose, and his performances so far have been hot and cold.
Malacia has yet to reach the heights he showcased at Feyenoord, but Dutch pundit Jan Boskamp has advised PSV that they don’t hesitate over deciding to sign Malacia permanently.

“I would buy him,” he tells Dutch outlet, Voetbal Primeur.
“No, he is not yet the Malacia he was at Feyenoord. But that is not possible. If you have been injured for so long…”, Boskamp continued to explain.
“In the past, when I went to the doctor, he would say: if you are injured for three weeks, you have to count on double that time to get back to your level.”
So with Malacia missing over a year, it would suggest PSV will have to bide their time before he returns to his top level, making the £8m a bargain.
How has Tyrell Malacia played for PSV so far?
Since moving to PSV, Malacia has had a very hot and cold start with some real low points contrasting some impressive performances.
Malacia played in PSV’s 7-0 defeat to Arsenal in the Champions League, which will be a moment he and the club are desperate to forget.
However, last time out, Malacia impressed for PSV in a flawless 3-0 win as he looked so comfortable on the ball with a 98 per cent passing accuracy.
Malacia has shown signs of improvement after some disaster performances under Amorim which saw him hooked at half-time.
United will not be envious, with Dorgu looking very impressive for United lately and Malacia moving permanently would be best for all involved.
Hopefully, it happens.
