Rotherham United manager Steve Evans has confirmed he is hopeful Manchester United loanee Dan Gore will be back in action next month.
The England youth international has been sidelined since early-February after suffering a hairline fracture to a metatarsal bone ahead of making his full Rotherham debut. He was forced to pull out of the squad on the morning of a clash with Shrewsbury Town at the New York Stadium after waking up with a foot complaint.

Gore joined the League One side in the closing stages of the January transfer window, signing on loan for the remainder of the season. It was hoped a stint in South Yorkshire would give him the chance to step up his development after a frustrating period with injuries.
However, it has so far not gone according to plan, with Gore's only appearance in Rotherham colours coming via the bench against Birmingham City on February 1. But Evans is hopeful he will have a part to play in the end-of-season run-in.
"We're hopeful we'll see him playing April football," said Evans, as quoted by the Rotherham Advertiser. "The Man United staff have spoken to our medical staff and said they're hopeful that will be the case.
"I'm keen for our supporters to see the player who we worked so hard to get."
As reported by the Manchester Evening News at the time, Gore returned to Carrington in mid-February to undergo treatment and Evans confirmed earlier this month that United and Rotherham were in "regular contact" regarding his recovery.
He said: "Our medical staff are in regular contact with their counterparts at Manchester United. They speak every couple of days. I speak to the coaches there, too, because I know them."
Gore has had nothing but bad luck on the injury front over the last 12 months, with his loan spell at Port Vale in the second half of last season coming to an end after just one appearance. He then suffered a freak shoulder injury during the summer.
Rotherham are poised to have a quiet end to the season, with Tuesday night's 3-2 home defeat to promotion hopefuls Wycombe Wanderers leaving them 14th in the League One table. They are currently 16 points shy of the play-offs.
