West Ham United have a really poor track record of moving players on for decent fees.
The West Ham owners have received plenty of flack from the Hammers fans for their inability to get market value when selling players.
That will all have to change moving forward, with Graham Potter having to raise some cash in order to fund his own spending spree in the summer.
Potter is planning a big squad rebuild at West Ham in the summer window.
So the owners will have to oversee some big sales this summer.

And whilst they get a lot of stick for their ability to sell players for decent fees, or lack thereof, they did work a minor miracle four years ago it seems.
West Ham struck gold by selling Xande Silva to Nottingham Forest
Things haven’t gone well at all for the striker since he left the Hammers.
West Ham brought Xande Silva to the London Stadium from Vitoria Guimaraes way back in 2018.

However, he failed to establish himself at the London Stadium, with zero goals in 96 minutes of senior football.
The Hammers sold the now 28-year-old forward to Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2021 for £200k (Claret & Hugh).

The fact that we managed to get that sort of money for him now looks like an absolute miracle.
Woeful Xande Silva record since West Ham exit
Silva failed to score a single goal in 10 games for Forest after his move to the City Ground (Transfermarkt).
The Portuguese forward then left Forest to join French side Dijon in 2022. Then, a year later, he moved out to America to link up with Atlanta United.
Since leaving West Ham just under four years ago, Xande Silva has bagged just 13 goals in 89 games for Forest, Dijon and Atlanta United.
The fact that the Hammers sold him for such a minimal fee drew some criticism from some fans.
However, it now looks like West Ham struck gold by getting £200k for Silva.
