RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Marselles Brown is a 7-foot tall professional athlete and health-wellness expert and a former Heavyweight champion. High-performing athletic genes also run in the family with two sons playing professional sports. Jaylen Brown is a shooting guard for the Boston Celtics and Quenton Brown Jr. is a former NFL player with the Raiders.
Now the family is working together to bring boxing back to Reno with their first Fight Night on Thursday, April 24 at the Grand Sierra Resort. Brown stopped by Morning Break to talk about how the positive and negative aspects of his career made him want to be a boxing promotor for other boxers coming up through the ranks. Fight Night is presented by B.A.G. Promotions and New Champ Promotions.
