It’s about time that the Hammers refocused their player recruitment by target the most talented young players on the planet.
The Hammers desperately need more energy, pace and athleticism, especially in the central midfield department.
The addition of a young striker with blistering speed will be a must as well this summer.
I fully expect the likes of Guido Rodriguez, Niclas Fullkrug and James Ward-Prowse all need to be moved on.
West Ham have already got a supremely talented group of young players at the club.
