Barcelona have reportedly added Feyenoord’s teenager Givairo Read to their list of full-back targets ahead of the summer transfer window.

Givairo is seen as a “low-cost option” who can play on both sides of the defence and has bags of potential, meaning he ticks plenty of boxes for Deco and Co.
The club would prefer a more experienced option but know that it’s difficult to find such a player for the right price and so are now looking at more youthful targets.
Barcelona have been watching him for some time but will continue to do so ahead of a potential summer move. Liverpool have also been linked with a move for Givairo who has a contract with Feyenoord until 2029.
Givairo has been in the spotlight recently after missing out on a call to the Netherlands national team. Ronald Koeman had been tipped to include the teenager but decided against it as he felt the youngster was “not yet ready” for the national team.
