Tyrese Haliburton is back. Although he began the season on a down note, the Indiana Pacers point guard has since become one of the most effective players in the NBA. One statistic implies Haliburton as an elite star.
Net rating has much to do with playing at an elite level. The net rating metric is the primary statistic used to pinpoint their dominance when thinking of the best teams in the NBA, such as the Oklahoma City Thunder, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Boston Celtics.
A recent statistic floated on X (formerly known as Twitter) cited Haliburton as one of the league's most efficient players.
Since the NBA All-Star break, Haliburton is listed twice in such a ranking regarding two-player lineups.
Haliburton and Myles Turner have a +22.9 net rating when sharing the fourth together. Next in line is Haliburton and the Pacers' best defensive wing, Aaron Nesmith, at a +22.5 net rating.

The third two-player lineup is Naz Reid and Donte DiVincenzo, whom the Pacers recently beat without Haliburton, Turner, and Pascal Siakam in the rotation.
Although such a segment of the season is a relatively small sample size, Haliburton's appearance on the list twice implies that when linked with a defensive piece, it can lead a two-player lineup, and ultimately a team, to an efficient mark.
Indiana began the season 9-14 and has since significantly bounced back, currently ranked fourth in the Eastern Conference. If the Pacers can hold the Milwaukee Bucks from the fourth seed, there is a scenario in which Haliburton can lead the team in more than two-person lineup metrics and possibly to another deep playoff run.
