Chelsea talisman Cole Palmer could recover from his muscular injury in time to face Tottenham after the international break, according to reports. The 22-year-old picked up a knock in training before the Blues were beaten by Arsenal last weekend. His absence from the squad initially came as a surprise before it was confirmed that he had been ruled out due to injury.
Palmer later withdrew from the England squad for the upcoming international break to focus on returning to full fitness. His injury does not appear to be a significant one, with the Daily Mail reporting that he could return for Chelsea when they face Tottenham on April 2.
