The Buffalo Bills have easily been one of the busiest teams this offseason as they attempt to find the right personnel needed to finally get by the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Playoffs.
From extensions to free agent signings, to even suspensions around the league, Buffalo has not been shy about trying to improve. The same goes for their coaching staff.
Head coach Sean McDermott and the Bills officially announced the entire list of their 2025 staff Wednesday morning.
It's time to look through the whole list.

Of the major changes, Tabor is the biggest as the special teams coordinator after a few up and down seasons from the previous regime. Most of Buffalo's offensive staff remains after Josh Allen took home the league MVP trophy last season.
The only issue came with McDermott originally stating that former special teams coordinator Matthew Smiley would return after an inconsistent season but the team ended up going in a different direction.
With Buffalo's staff all but situated, it's full steam ahead to the 2025 Draft.
