The Los Angeles Lakers are scheduled for a highly-anticipated matchup against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday evening.
The Lakers currently hold the No. 4 spot in the Western Conference, trailing the No. 3 seed Nuggets by two wins.
Both teams have some big names on their injury reports heading into this Wednesday night clash. MVP candidate Nikola Jokic (elbow/ankle) is listed as "questionable" for the Nuggets, along with Jamal Murray (ankle) and Christian Braun (foot).
The Lakers have ruled out LeBron James (groin) and Rui Hachimura (knee).
Newly-acquired NBA superstar Luka Doncic is also dealing with injury issues. The Lakers' All-Star missed his team's 131-126 loss to the Nuggets this past Friday, dealing with left calf and right ankle issues.
On Tuesday, the Lakers' listed Doncic as "probable" on their official injury report for Wednesday night's matchup against the Nuggets.

The 26-year-old superstar nearly notched another triple-double in Monday night's 125-109 win over the San Antonio Spurs, recording 21 points, 14 assists and nine rebounds.
"Obviously, not there yet," Doncic said after scoring 45 points against the Milwaukee Bucks last Thursday. "Every day, a little bit more. But still not there. Got to get some things off my body. Get them to feel better and then be ready."
The Lakers will tipoff against the the Nuggets at 10 p.m. EST on Wednesday night. The game will take place at Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena and will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.
