APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - A potential new amenity could be coming to the Fox Valley just in time for the NFL Draft.
A proposal for a “selfie sculpture” will be voted on at Appleton’s common council meeting Wednesday night.
The sculpture would be in Houdini Plaza and would feature locator pins with circles cut out that visitors could take photos in. The pins are adorned with titles emphasizing Appleton’s values and attractions including great food, great art, and family fun.
The sculpture would be built before the NFL Draft, which will be in Green Bay in just 36 days.
