Nuggets Make Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray Announcement Before Lakers Game

The Denver Nuggets are in Los Angeles for a road battle against the Lakers.

The club is 3-3 in their past six showings and they are in mediocre form. This comes as they are dealing with nagging injuries, which is typical in the NBA come mid-March.

The end of the regular season is on the horizon as the playoffs will begin in a month.

The Nuggets are tied for the No. 2 seed with the Lakers being tied for the No. 4 seed and the two squads have a one-game difference in the standings.

The difference between the No.2 and No. 5 seed being one game proves just how important every game is down the stretch, and the Nuggets beating the Lakers is massive for the standings.

Evidently, Denver might just have a tough time. As difficult as it was going to be to roll into Crypto.com Arena and take down Luka Doncic and the Lakers, it becomes that much more difficult when doing so shorthanded.

Nuggets make Jokic, Murray announcement before Lakers game

The Nuggets listed Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray as questionable ahead of the matchup, which comes after they missed the team's recent matchup against the Golden State Warriors.

Denver officially ruled both Jokic and Murray out of the contest against the Lakers, which makes a win that much more difficult to be had.

The Nuggets were able to take down the Warriors despite being without Jokic and Murray, though picking up two straight victories without their top two players might pose a bit of an issue.

Christian Braun and Aaron Gordon were both on the injury report, though they will be available for the contest.
