Houston Texans: Make Elite Defender the 2nd-Highest Paid

The Houston Texans restructured Tytus Howard’s contract, freeing $11 million in cap space to provide them with additional cap flexibility. The extra $11 million in cap space allows Houston the ability to add free agents and retain talent since they entered the day with only $19 million to work with. With the extra cap space, the Texans signed Cam Robinson to play left tackle next season.
