Podcasting star Patrick Beverley last played an NBA season with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2023-2024, rounding out an illustrious 12 season career than started with the Houston Rockets and included memorable stops in Los Angeles, Minnesota and Philadelphia among other locales.
Beverley gained a reputation for himself as one of the best defensive point guards and distributors in the National Basketball Association, parlaying his prowess on the basketball court into a career of fame and excitement as a podcast host.
On Wednesday, Beverley shouted out a former teammate that he feels is underrated heading into the playoff season, putting the rest of the league on notice with a top-three distinction.
"Top 3 centers without a doubt," Beverley said about Ivica Zubac of the Los Angeles Clippers, who is averaging a double-double in points and rebounds on over 62% shooting for coach Tryonn Lue's team.

Zubac was a 2016 second round pick out of Bosnia and Herzegovina who has had games of 35 and 28 points in the month of March en route to seven wins in 10 games with the Clips.
Friday's game against the Grizzlies is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET at the state-of-the-art new Intuit Dome in Los Angeles.
