On March 14th, Yin Chengwu, Chinese Ambassador to Liberia attended the Liberian NDC2.0 Stoke-take report and the launch of NDC3.0 Process. Hon. Dr. Emmanuel K. Urey Yarkpawolo, Executive Director of Environmental Protection Agency, Hon. Mr. Dephue Zuo, Deputy Minister of Finance & Development Planning, and envoys of some countries to Liberia attended the event.

Yin congratulated the Liberian government on its achievements in promoting sustainable development and AAID in green development and ecological protection, introduced China's measures in addressing climate change and promoting global green cooperation and development, and expressed China's willingness to deepen cooperation with Liberia in the field of environmental protection and jointly contribute to building a clean and beautiful world.
Hon. Yarkpawolo summarized the work and progress made by NDC 2.0 in addressing climate change and implementing the Paris Agreement, and call on all parties to work together to promote the implementation of NDC 3.0 and achieve green and sustainable development.
