On March 17, Amb. Wang bid farewell to Hon. Wellars Gasamagera, Secretary General of Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF).
Amb. Wang conveyed warm greetings from Hon. Liu Jianchao, Minister of International Department Central Committee of CPC. He noted that under the strategic leadership of the two parties and countries, the Communist Party of China and RPF have maintained close communication, and conducted fruitful exchanges and cooperation in national governance, cadre training and capacity-building, etc., which has served as a driving force for bilateral relations. The CPC stands ready to deepen inter-party cooperation with RPF for further outcomes to benefit the two peoples.
Hon. Gasamagera extended his sincere greetings to Minister Liu Jianchao, and commended Ambassador’sgreat contribution to bilateral relations and inter-party cooperation during his tour of duty. He observed that CPC’s governance philosophy and experience are a strong inspiration for RPF, which looks forward to strengthening ties with the former by enhancing mutual learning, exchanges and cooperation.May the friendship between Rwanda and China, as well as that between RPF and CPC, last forever.
