Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs saw their 2024-25 season come to an unfortunate and disappointing close as they suffered a blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
Now, as Mahomes tries to bounce back from the gutting loss, it looks like he is putting in some major work already this offseason.
This week, Mahomes took to social media to share a video from one of his offseason workouts. In the video, Mahomes could be seen doing a variety of workouts and exercises as he works to improve his strength and athleticism ahead of next season.

The offseason work seems to be paying off as Mahomes looked leaner, lighter, quicker, and stronger than he has looked during the offseason in the past. And fans certainly took notice of his dramatic body transformation in the comments of the post on Instagram.
"New look. Same work," one fan wrote in the comments
"Let's Go! No dad bods at the start of the season," a commenter added.
"What dad bod? this man ain't playin," someone else said.
"Looks leaner... Looks stronger... I don't see any 'dad bod,'" a commenter wrote.
"I know this is to show his workout, but he is looking good!!!!" someone else complimented.
"Yes come back stronger for another Super Bowl," another fan wrote.
"Beast mode," someone else added.
Last season, Mahomes led the Chiefs to 15 wins during the regular season, locking up the best record in the NFL and the top seed in the NFL playoffs.
With Mahomes clearly in much better shape as the team prepares for next season, it will certainly be interesting to see whether or not he will be able to perform even better for his team.
