IRGC Intelligence arrested civil activist Sima Alipour in northwestern Tabriz after she responded to their summons.
Officials transferred her to a detention facility, and her status remains unknown three days later.
The Hengaw Organization for Human Rights reported that IRGC Intelligence arrested Alipour on March 16, 2025, when she appeared at their department in Tabriz.
Alipour had rejected a phone summons from IRGC Intelligence last month, considering it illegal.
Last week, security forces raided her home, searched the premises, and demanded that she appear at the agency.
Authorities have previously targeted Alipour for her activism.
Officials have not disclosed the reason for her arrest or any charges against her.
