Exclusive: The Premier League club Sean Dyche could now manage just months from his Everton…

It has now been two months since Sean Dyche was sacked by the Friedkins at Everton.

The Toffees have not looked back on their decision to replace Dyche, with Everton showing some much-improved form.

Under David Moyes, the Blues have created a 17-point cushion on the bottom three in the Premier League.

The Friedkins can now look ahead to the summer transfer window and their plans for the future, with survival all but secured.

Although Everton have been able to move on almost instantly from the 53-year-old, Dyche still finds himself out of work.

Speaking to Everton News, TBR Football’s Chief Transfer Correspondent Graeme Bailey has provided the latest on Dyche’s future.

Leicester City fans have clamoured for Dyche to save them from instant relegation back into the Championship.

Ruud van Nistelrooy has been unable to turn things around at the King Power Stadium, and Bailey believes that could be a move which may open up for the 53-year-old.

“Well, Sean Dyche is going to be a wanted man – the three relegated teams, will be interesting – one is definitely changing manager and I think Leicester will too,” he said.

“So, there are two chances but either way I expect that Dyche could be in charge of a Championship club by the start of next season.”

Just weeks on from his departure, Dyche has mocked his Everton sacking in a joking internet video posted on social media.

However, the 53-year-old will be looking on at what Moyes has been able to achieve with the same group of players he had at Goodison Park.

Sean Dyche’s Everton tenure marred by 2024/25 season

There is little doubting Dyche had a number of serious obstacles in his way on Merseyside, which may have hindered his time in the dugout.

However, the 53-year-old did not help himself at times with Dyche failing to utilise Jake O’Brien who has gone on to flourish under Moyes.

Simple decisions like this could have transformed the Englishman’s 2024/25 campaign.

Instead, Moyes has taken over and the Scotsman has instantly got a tune out of the same Everton squad which Dyche left behind.

Danny Drinkwater has slammed Dyche’s treatment of him at Burnley, which is yet another player speaking against the former Everton boss.

Although he may be set to pick up a job in the Championship over the coming months, this season at Everton may have cost him a shot at another Premier League outfit.
