Rob Parker Says Steph Curry Isn’t The Greatest Shooter Of All-Time

Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors has more three-pointers than any other NBA player ever and it’s not even close at this point.

He is also a four-time champion and multiple MVP.

Because of that, a lot of people consider Curry the best shooter of all time, as well as one of the greatest guards to suit up.

But Rob Parker doesn’t buy it and feels he isn’t the best shooter in NBA history.

“He’s just not the greatest shooter of all-time. That’s where we’re going to put this… When you call someone the greatest shooter, it means under any circumstance, you would want them to have the ball when you need a basket…I would give Ray Allen, Reggie Miller, Michael Jordan, any of those people, the ball with the game on the line before I gave it to Steph Curry,” Parker said, per NBACentral.

Parker points to some postseason games when Curry had the chance to tie or win games with a shot and fell short.

Because of that, he doesn’t trust Curry with the ball as much as Ray Allen, Reggie Miller, and Michael Jordan.

Allen, Miller, and Jordan are obviously all historic icons of the game and expert shooters, but a lot of people feel that Curry has surpassed all of them.

It’s not just because he has more threes than anyone else, it’s also because of his shot selection and the sometimes magical way he can always find the basket.

When Curry is on a tear, it feels like he is unstoppable, no matter where he is on the court.

The debate around the Warriors star has heated up lately as retirement grows closer.

There are more fans discussing his place in league history and if he’s one of the top ten players to ever compete.

You can expect even more conversations like this about Curry in the future.
