The New York Knicks are on the road Thursday night as they face off against the Charlotte Hornets from the Spectrum Center.
New York enters Thursday's contest coming off a disappointing loss to the shorthanded San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday as they fell 120-105.
Wednesday's loss gave the Knicks their fifth loss in their last eight games and they will look to turn things around against a struggling Hornets team on Thursday that has lost seven of their last 10 games including two straight.
While the Knicks would love to grab an easy victory against one of the worst teams in the league on Thursday, they will have to do so without a few of their key players.
New York has ruled out Jalen Brunson for Thursday's game as he continues to recover from an ankle sprain that is expected to keep him sidelined through late March and possibly into early April.

The Knicks have also ruled out Ariel Hukporti who continues to recover from a torn meniscus and they have listed Mitchell Robinson as questionable due to rest.
It is likely that Robinson will not play against the Hornets due to the game being on the second night of a back-to-back as New York continues to be cautious regarding his ankle that he had surgery on in the offseason.
On the other side, the Hornets enter Thursday's game mostly healthy. They have listed LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges as probable and they are expected to play barring a setback before tipoff.

Of course, Ball missed Tuesday's loss with a wrist injury but he is expected to return against the Knicks on Thursday.
Charlotte has also listed Moussa Diabate as questionable and they have ruled out Brandon Miller, Tidjane Salaun, Grant Williams, Tre Mann and Josh Okogie for Thursday's contest.
