Russia’s top security official has reportedly arrived in North Korea for a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
According to Russia’s TASS news agency on Friday, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu is set to meet with Kim and other North Korean officials in Pyongyang during the trip.
