Cuban Premier in Namibia for Inauguration of President Nandi-Ndaitwah

Havana, March 20 (ACN) Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero arrived in Namibia on Thursday to attend the inauguration on Friday, March 21st, of president-elect Netumbo Nandi-Ndaiwah.

The Premier is heading a large delegation to attend the swearing-in ceremony for Nandi-Ndaitwah, who was elected last December to lead the Republic of Namibia over the next five years.

Marrero will also attend commemorations for the 35th year of Namibia’s Independence.

The head of the Cuban government previously paid an official visit to Congo, where he met with top government authorities and with members of the Cuban diplomatic mission.
